It’s All About the People: Celebrating the Evans Team in 2026
In a fast-paced business world, it’s important to slow down and recognize how far you’ve come and the people who have made the journey with you. At Evans, we believe the key to any successful business is the people who make it all happen and this year’s annual family crawfish boil gave us the perfect opportunity to do exactly that.
This year’s gathering was one for the record books. Great food, a jump house for the kids, an ice cream truck, and live music from Fifth Edition made for a full day of fun for the entire team and their families. But as much as we love a good celebration, the real reason we gather every year is to recognize the people who show up and do the work that makes Evans Equipment & Environmental what it is.
We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt congratulations to six outstanding members of the Evans team for five years of faithful service: Stacy Meaders, Katie Benoit, James Farris, Zach Reddell, Ian Besson, and Glen Leblanc. Each of these individuals has played a meaningful role in our continued growth, and their dedication, consistency, and contributions during their time with us are truly commendable. Join us in celebrating their achievements as they continue to excel in their roles and add to the success of our team.
A truly special milestone of this year’s celebration belongs to David Parks, who has now been with Evans for an incredible 20 years. Two decades of dedication, problem-solving, and commitment to excellence have shaped who we are as a company. David, thank you for everything you have poured into this team over the years. We are grateful to have you, and your continued commitment is instrumental to our success.

We were also delighted to present this year’s P3 Award to Zach Reddell. As our Fabrication Lead, Zach has consistently demonstrated craftsmanship, leadership on the shop floor, and an unwavering standard for quality that sets the bar for those around him. Congratulations, Zach — this honor is well-deserved.

We also want to take a moment to recognize Robert Murphy as he heads into a well-earned retirement after 22 remarkable years with our organization. Robert’s impact at Evans is impossible to overstate. From his earliest days through his most recent leadership role, he has been a trusted, steady presence whose contributions are woven into the fabric of our company. Robert, your daily presence will be missed, but we couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter. Thank you for the tremendous mark you’ve left here.
A big thank you also goes to the vendors who sponsored door prizes and helped make this year’s event even better. Your continued partnership and support mean a great deal to us, and we’re grateful for the role you play in showing up alongside our team.
No matter how big or small, we will always celebrate success at Evans. Each milestone reached, each year of service honored, and each retirement sent off with gratitude is a testament to the collective efforts of the remarkable individuals who make our journey worthwhile. From our dedicated team members to our valued clients and partners, we celebrate everyone who contributes to our shared triumphs.
Thank You!
Thank you to the Evans team and their families for making this year’s family crawfish boil one for the books. We are nothing without our people, and we look forward to another successful year at Evans with an amazing team. Already counting down to next year! 🦞
